The Youth Development Center, operated by the Department of Economics at the college, aims to instill employability skills in college students.
The center conducts two main types of activities:
1. A 20-hour capsule training program for all final-year undergraduate students, covering topics such as CV writing, telephonic conversation, anger management, time management, and facing interviews.
2. Compiling and providing information about opportunities for higher studies, job vacancies, scholarships, and more.
In addition, the center organizes the following activities:

- - Personality tests
- - Providing employment-related newspapers
- - Conducting campus interviews
- - Organizing competitions for students
- - Offering skill upgradation courses
- - Conducting personality improvement classes
