Objectives of the memorandum of
understanding
This memorandum of understanding
relates to Education & Extension linkage between the Dayanand College,
Ajmer and Ajmer Zila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd, Ajmer under which both
the parties will foster understanding between the two institutions and
co-operate in the following activities:
1. To carry out the collaborative, Educational activities & transfer
of technology (TOT).
2. To disseminate technological advancements through Trainings, Awareness
programs, Campaigns, Field trials & Demonstrations for the benefit of
students & farmers.
3. To conduct faculty development program between the technical experts
of AZDUSS ltd. Ajmer and Faculty of Dayanand College, Ajmer.
Period of the memorandum of understanding

This memorandum of
understanding is effective for 3 year from the date of signature, and may be
renewed for further period as per the consent of both the parties. The terms of
the memorandum of understanding may be amended at any time subject to mutual
written agreement.

constitute a binding agreement and does not constitute any intention by the parties
to create legal relationship, its sole intention is to facilitate further cooperation
between the parties, regarding various objectives covered in this memorandum.
